Meet The Team

Rachel Gartner is a military spouse currently living in Statesboro, GA with her husband and two children. She earned a M.S in Biomedical Science in 2018 before founding Carework the same year. The greatest part of her job is working with all the incredible people you see on this page! When she's not working, Rachel enjoys camping with her family, being outdoors, and just hanging out with her kids.

Ember began her career in the Retail industry working at the Nordstrom headquarters buying office as a merchandise analyst.

She is an Army spouse and the need to move frequently gave her the opportunity to join Carework in January of 2019. She enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with her family. Ember is currently located in Washington with her husband Grant, two kids (Lacey and Jackson), and two dogs. 

​Hayley is a military spouse currently located in Washington with her husband, two children, and two dogs. Hayley has a Master's in Business Administration. In her free time, she enjoys camping, hiking, kayaking, biking, and spending time relaxing with her family. Hayley has a passion for connecting with people and providing excellent service.

Haylee is a military spouse currently living in GA with her husband and 3 children. She's from the PNW and loves to travel as much as she can.
She has a passion for data science and communication. She loves people and forming connections with everyone she meets. 
Carework has given her the opportunity to pursue her passion while moving every few years. 
Haylee enjoys working out, baking, and being outdoors with her kids as much as possible.

Haley loves being a part of the Carework team. She is a mother of three young girls and a military spouse currently stationed at Fort Bliss, Texas.  She graduated from American Military University in 2020 with a BBA. She enjoys spending time with her family, working out, and shopping in her free time. 

Hi! I’m Emily Olthouse Gieseking and love being part of the Carework Team! I am a military wife and my husband is currently at Fort Rucker, Alabama in flight school! I am a mommy to two amazing kiddos ages 4 and 18 months. I am a licensed CNA and have worked in homecare myself. Now, I am in school for a communications degree in Social Media Development. When I’m not working, or wrangling my kids, I love rock climbing, hiking, and finding new restaurants and coffee shops! We love to adventure and travel as a family as well!

Emily is a military spouse currently living in GA with her husband and three small children. She earned her B.S. in Human Resources Management from Colorado Christian University and her Associates in Human Services from New Hampshire Technical Institute. She absolutely loves working with people and strives to always have the best customer service possible. When she isn't working she is with her family, outside, exploring a new area or at the beach. She also loves a good iced coffee.

Kirby is originally from Houston, TX where she lives with her husband and their son Carson. She specializes in streamlining the recruitment process by creating individual plans unique to her client's needs. Additionally, she is adept at high-volume sourcing across multiple recruitment platforms. Kirby has an Associates's degree in Science and is currently completing a B.S. in Marketing. Previously, she worked in the hospitality industry for ten years and prides herself on the customer service aspect of recruiting. Kirby is a motivated team player with strong communication and organizational skills. She has a passion for geology and enjoys camping and spending her time outdoors.

Marika is a military spouse and mom of two with her AA Degree in Criminal Justice and is currently pursuing her B.S. in Psychology! She has years of direct customer service experience and has a passion for helping others. As an Account Manager, she uses her skills in customer service to attend to each of her customers needs within a timely manner, problem solve, and ensure a smooth transaction. In her free time she loves crafting, spending quality time with her family and friends, and adventuring out and trying new things! 

 Kyleigh is a military spouse and dog mom. She has a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic. Her background in the healthcare field helps her bring a unique perspective into the Caregiving industry. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, kayaking, spending time relaxing with her family by the water, and pretty much anything else outdoor related.

Julia is a Military Spouse originally from Germany and is currently living in El Paso, TX with her husband and two adorable Cats. She enjoys traveling, hiking, spending time with her Family and of course shopping. Julia loves being a part of the wonderful Carework Team

Hey! I’m Laura Spivey, I’m a mother to 3 amazing boys. My boys are my world, so when I’m not working, I’m spending as much time with them as I can. I also love reading, yoga, and personal fitness.

She will soon graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and is a former cosmetologist. In her free time she likes to compete in powerlifting competitions as well as spend time outdoors and explore new places with her family.

Meredith is a military spouse currently stationed with her family in Fort Knox, KY. Meredith and her husband, Richard, have two sons, Damien and Dominic. Meredith graduated with her Associate’s Degree in Business from Blinn College. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, vacationing, and outdoor adventures. 

Hi there! I'm Danielle, a military spouse and married to Andrew who I happily can call my bestfriend. We are currently stationed at Fort Liberty and our home is wherever Uncle Sam sends us! Some things that bring me joy are spending time with my husband doing DIY projects to our home, reading, embroidery, self care, and fellowship with family and friends. I love being a Recruiter for CareWork because I  find delight in conversation with others, and am happy to be apart of a company that feels like family. 

Jennifer is the wife of a retired disabled veteran currently located in Georgia with her husband, two children, two cats and one dog. Jennifer has a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Leadership and Psychology as well as an Associates in Medical Information Technology. She specialized in Medical Administration and Nutrition while working as a nurse in 3 different US states. Jennifer also owns an Alaska Business as an Alaskan Guide and Professional Photographer. You can find Jennifer always traveling and sharing adventures wherever she goes. Her passion is to help others, from climbing a glacier under the Northern Lights to their healthcare needs.
